Delivering solutions that overcome complex challenges
CSE Uniserve prioritises collaboration to understand the functional and technical requirements of a system that will meet your specifications and exceed your expectations. We have a proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex solutions in remote geographical areas in Australia, New Zealand and other parts of the world. By taking a comprehensive approach to systems engineering, we have the capabilities to overcome complex challenges with innovative ideas and integrate world-leading technologies.
A proven process for solution design and implementation
Our experience in design and engineering across a range of industries starts and finishes with a disciplined approach. This includes ongoing review processes and management reporting to confirm that all disciplines within the system design process are on track and aligned with the system specifications and customer requirements.
Before installation, all systems are tested in our Australian laboratories (located in Melbourne and Brisbane) following the project’s technical specifications, whilst managing change within the customer’s operational environment.
Systems are handed over with operational training and full documentation that ensures the end-user can operate and maintain the delivered system. CSE Uniserve’s core principles in design, execution and delivery, encourage an agile and interactive working environment.
